We will print and ship your design(s) as a sublimation transfer(s).
If you would like a transfer designed for you, we also offer that service. Send us a message and we can provide that for an added fee.
☑️Measure your desired imaging area on your shirt or substrate, determine what measurements you want your transfer(s) to be...then simply select the sheet space size(s) that best fit your measurements.
⚠️DO NOT forget to give us the measurements if you choose to have multiple designs per sheet.
☑️Email us your ‘PRINT-READY’ design(s), images prior to ordering, ‘IF’ you're unsure of your graphics quality, usability, etc.
* If you're certain of your graphics quality, feel free to order first and then email us your graphics.

GRAPHIC FILE REQUIREMENTS
-Accepted file type(s): PDF, PNG, PSD, JPG, SVG
-Color Format: RGB
-File Size / Resolution: 300 dpi or better
-Do not mirror / reverse your images. (We do that for you.)
*If imaging 'non-mirror' substrates (cutting boards, glass tile, etc), let us know
** If needing to produce TRADEMARKED / BRANDED images or graphics, please contact us before ordering. Etsy doesn't allow the reproduction of trademarks. BUT we can reproduce just about anything.

Your transfers will only turnout as good as the files you use. If you desire to use a low quality, blurry, internet-size graphics (72dpi or less) you will receive less than ideal transfers. If you are unsure of your files quality, PLEASE ask questions and/or send us your file(s) PRIOR TO ORDERING for us to evaluate the quality.

Our turnaround time is just 1-3 business days!! Our default shipping is USPS Priority (normally 2-3 days transit for most US shipments). For extremely time critical orders, *RUSH Service as well as expedited shipping services are also available. If ordered after 3pm est Mon-Fri it will be shipped the next day. If ordered on Sat after 12pm est it will go out Monday as the shipping office is closed Sunday.
Simple Luc has no refund policy on custom sublimation transfers unless incorrect transfers have been shipped. If there is an issue with your transfers, please contact us ASAP….we will rectify any transfer printing issues caused by us as soon as possible. As with any printing process, if color match is required, buy our test page transfer to verify satisfaction of color(s). Again, please read, understand and ask ANY questions needed PRIOR to ordering. Heat Press ONLY. Household iron will not work. Sublimation transfers are not iron-on transfers! A heat press is required! Sublimation requires even heat 385-400º and light to medium pressure for 30 seconds up to 4 minutes depending on the substrate you are using.
Sublimation Transfers work best with 100% white or light colored polyester fabrics. That will provide the best, most vivid, full color results. Check out our 3rd slide for color options for t-shirts. Some makers use t-shirts made of at least 60% polyester which produces a vintage look. Sublimation Transfers will not work on 100% cotton but there are a few work arounds for that. You can sub on glitter htv, glow in the dark htv, flock htv, or clear sublimation htv. Some hard substrates need to be SPECIALLY COATED for dye sublimation technology.
White and light colored fabrics work best. Transfers will not show up on dark fabrics. Any white shown in the design will be the color of the fabric. Dye Sublimation DOES NOT have White ink and DOESN’T image dark / black fabrics. Any white in your graphic will be void of color (no ink).
⚠️Transfers can only be used once. 🤯If you choose reuse transfers they can create some cool ghosting effects
