What are your shipping costs?
Flat rate shipping of $1. Free Shipping over $75.
Is my country available for shipping?
As of January 2023 we are only shipping within the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will you restock items?
Most of our items are in stock. Just message us at hello@simpleluc.com or shoot us a text (352)415-3233 and we can work on whatever you need asap.
What if I don’t receive my product?
Contact us asap. We normally keep a eye out on our shipments.
How do we care for sublimated purchases?
We send items with a care card. But most important take aways are: Do not dry on high heat.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We want your clothing to fit, we offer exchanges for not correct sized items. As all as all items are unworn and unwashed clothing and returned within 7 days of arrival. Customers are responsible for shipping. Please contact sales@simpleluc.com for any and all issues. Due to the nature of custom orders, you can not return or exchange them. All sale items are final and no returns will be accepted.
