Refund policy

At this time we DO NOT have a return policy.

We do however offer exchanges on eligible for a items within 2 days of receiving items. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at Shopyouapparel@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will have to pay for your own return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), all masks are final purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong mask, drink insulator, if you contact us within 24 hours we WILL make sure your correct item is sent out. If you made a wrong purchase of our home goods or t-shirts: they are normally in production within a couple of hours of payment. If you need a different size once this happens. Unfortunately the best option would be to place a separate purchase for the correct item/size and once you receive the wrong item send it back for a refund. Again please note you must pay for your own return shipping label, also any and all exchanges must first be approved.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
