Client Responsibilities
By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:
You are solely responsible for completing all documents prior to notarization, with no blank spaces.
You understand that notarization does not make a document legally valid or enforceable.
You agree to provide proper, valid identification as required by Florida law.
If your document lacks notarial wording, it is your responsibility to select the appropriate certificate (e.g., acknowledgment or jurat). We can explain the difference but cannot choose one for you.
You assume all responsibility for the content and use of the notarized document.
Limitations & Liability
We reserve the right to decline any notarization if doing so would violate Florida law or notarial ethics. Services are provided “as-is” without warranty beyond the correct completion of the notarial act. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier delivery services, nor for the legal outcome of documents we notarize or transport.
